- Application information such as requested amount, purpose, employment, education, and income details.
- Identity and contact information such as name, phone number, email, ID/passport number, address, and emergency contact details.
- Bank account information submitted by the user for receiving funds.
- Device identifiers and technical logs needed for security, fraud prevention, and service operation.
3. How We Use Information
We use submitted information to process loan applications, verify identity, assess application status, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with legal requirements, and improve app reliability.
4. Permissions and Sensitive Data
The camera permission is used only when users choose to capture identity document photos. Ivory Loan does not ask for OTP, PIN, passwords, contacts, SMS, call logs, gallery access, or location.
5. Storage, Security, and Retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on protected server systems. We keep information only as long as needed for application review, service operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and account support.
6. Account and Data Deletion
Users can request account and data deletion in the app settings or through the Delete Account page. After verification, account-linked user data is removed from active service records unless retention is legally required.
