Account and data deletion

Delete Account

Ivory Loan users can delete their account directly in the Android app settings or request deletion by email.

Option 1: Delete in the app

  1. Open Ivory Loan.
  2. Go to Personal Center.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm the request.

Option 2: Request by email

Send an account deletion request to watthanathorn_service@outlook.com. Include the phone number or email used in the app so customer service can locate the account.

What will be deleted

After verification, device-linked user data, loan applications, personal information, identity information, bank information, review logs, and feedback records are removed from active business records unless retention is legally required.
